Today I'm trying my hand at fermented foods...

Starting with Sauerkraut 

And Fermented Onions 

I also started my 'Ginger Bug' for Ginger Beer...

And with the crazy prices of yogurt these days I'm also going to try and make my own now. This lady makes it fuss free... 

So I'm busy making her culture/starter right now...
